Delete Your Nearlii Account & Data

You can delete your Nearlii account and associated data directly from the app. No need to contact support:

1. Open the Nearlii app and sign in to your account.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Account, then Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Your account and personal data are permanently deleted once you confirm this action. If you are unable to access the app (for example, you've lost access to your device or account), you can request deletion by emailing us at info@nearlii.com from the email address associated with your account. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.

When your account is deleted, we permanently delete or irreversibly anonymize the following:

• Account profile (name, email address, phone number, password)
• Precise and approximate location history
• Device and advertising identifiers, push notification tokens
• Usage and analytics data tied to your account
• Saved preferences, favorites, and app activity

Some information cannot be deleted immediately because we are required or permitted to keep it. We retain this data only for as long as needed for the specific purpose below, and no fixed retention period applies beyond that:

• Transaction and redemption records: kept as required for tax, accounting, and financial reporting obligations in the countries where Nearlii operates.
• Information needed to resolve open disputes, fraud investigations, or legal claims: kept only until the matter is resolved.
• Records we are legally required to keep: kept for as long as applicable law requires.

Retained records are kept solely for the stated purpose and are not used to provide you with the Service after your account is deleted. More detail on how we handle data generally is available in our Privacy Policy.
