By accessing or using the Nearlii mobile application or website (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including consumers browsing deals and business partners publishing offers.

Nearlii Technologie Inc. (“Nearlii,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a local deals and promotions platform that connects nearby consumers with local businesses. Our motto is Growing Together, One Deal at a Time.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Businesses publishing deals on Nearlii must ensure that all offers are accurate, legally compliant, and honored as described. Nearlii reserves the right to remove any deal that is misleading, expired, or violates these Terms. Repeated violations may result in suspension or termination of your business account.

All content, branding, logos, and software associated with Nearlii are the property of Nearlii Technologie Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Nearlii does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any deals or offers listed on the platform. We are not responsible for any transactions between consumers and businesses conducted through or as a result of the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nearlii Technologie Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
